Research On The Integration And Utilization Of Government Public Information Resources Based On Big Data

With the rapid development of the new generation information technology represented by big data, internet of things, cloud computing and mobile internet, “Smart city”, “The age of big data” and “Internet +” swept the world, the integration and utilization of information resources gradually become the key of informatization, and also become an important foundation to support the smart city. As a pioneer in the domestic construction of smart city, Nanjing is actively promoting the integration and utilization of information resources, but there are several questions such as decentralized information system, short of long-term mechanism and balanced management, the low developing value of government information resources and the disability to meet market needs of socialized service. So building a comprehensive and efficient big data platform of Nanjing government public information is of great significance to integrate resources, share resources, optimize government management function and improve government services.Based on the background, the paper discusses the relevant theories of government public information resources firstly, include of the concept of government public information resources, the integration of government public information resources and big data platform of government public information. Secondly, analyzes the present situation and problems of the integration and utilization of government public information resources in Nanjing, and analyzes the advantages of promoting the integration and utilization of government public information resources by big data. Then expound the positioning and construction contents of the big data platform, combining with the current situation and actual needs, put forward the construction framework, and design the function of each subsystem in detail. Finally, puts forward and introduces the performance evaluation index system of Nanjing big data platform of government public information, preliminary builds a performance evaluation model by Analytic hierarchy process and Fuzzy integrated evaluation to assess the construction and operation of the big data platform of government public information. On this basis, the paper puts forward some relevant suggestions of promoting the integration and utilization of government public information resources.
