Through work,it can bring people material returns,which can also help them realize the value of life.While family is a warm harbor and a place for people to enjoy the happiness.Thus,it is impossible for anyone to avoid the two fields of work and family.Besides,it can provide income guarantee for family life by having a stable job,which can also bring more sense of security to family,and make family life more happy.All members in family life take the initiative to fulfill their family obligations and undertake family responsibilities,which is the basis of family harmony.At the same time,the understanding and support from family can also make people devote themselves to work and get more achievements in work.Civil servant as the public policy maker and public service provider needs to do a good job of public service for the public in their work,who should also take the initiative to bear family responsibilities in the family,accompany and take good care of their families.Over the years,tax system has carried out a series of reforms,which includes replacing business tax with value-added tax,reform of the tax collection and management system,tax reduction and fee reduction,transfer of social security fees,and so on,so as to improve the satisfaction and sense of gain of taxpayers.However,tax officials are faced with the difficulties of tight time,heavy tasks and high requirements in the process of reform.Under this condition,it makes them do not have enough energy to take care of their families when completing their work tasks,thus resulting in the work-family conflict,which will cause a negative impact on their work attitude.In this paper,it selects 487 civil servants in the tax system of Kunming City as the objects of investigation,which uses SPSS24.0 to analyze the questionnaire data.Besides,it uses descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,independent sample T-test,one-way test of variance,multiple regression analysis and other statistical analysis methods to draw the research conclusions as follows:(1)The conflict of the work to family in civil servants in the tax system of Kunming City is greater than the conflict of family to work;(2)The work-family conflict has significant negative correlationwith the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of civil servants in the tax system of Kunming City.In other words,the work-family conflict is obvious,in which the lower the job satisfaction and organizational commitment are,the more significant positive correlation with turnover intention it causes,that is,the more obvious the work-family conflict is,the higher the turnover intention is;(3)The different control variables have different effects on the work-family conflict among civil servants in the tax system of Kunming City,in which it can be seen that gender,age,marital status,work input,number of children and other factors have significant impact on the work-family conflict.According to the empirical analysis,it puts forward four suggestions from the personal level,unit level,family level and social level to alleviate the work-family conflict of civil servants in the tax system,so as to improve their work attitude.
