| Work and family are two essential components of modern society,and achieving a balance between the two is not always easy.With the continuous development of the social economy,the transformation of primary organization requires employees to possess higher levels of job skills,resulting in multiple pressures on them.This not only leads to a decrease in work efficiency,but also affects family happiness and personal health,which are closely related to social stability and people’s well-being.Therefore,it is crucial to study the current status of work-family conflict among primary organization employees,analyze the causes of conflict,and propose policies for balancing work and family.This study conducted individual interviews with six employees and a questionnaire survey of 113 employees of YL unit,and based on the theoretical knowledge of workfamily relationships,analyzed the collected data using descriptive analysis,independent sample t-test,and one-way ANOVA to diagnose the work-family conflict among YL unit employees.The survey results showed that the overall level of work-family conflict among YL unit employees was relatively high,and most of them experienced a certain degree of conflict between their work and family roles,with a general perception that work intrusion on family was higher than family intrusion on work.Through the research,it was found that the current status of work-family conflict among YL unit employees was closely related to the organization’s emphasis on,management,and lack of support from the family and society,as well as the employees’ inadequate ability to balance workfamily relationships.The issue of work-family conflict among primary organization employees cannot be ignored,and measures must be taken to solve it.Organizations,individuals,families,and society should provide policy guarantees and support measures from their respective dimensions to alleviate the current situation of work-family conflict among primary organization employees,improve their job satisfaction and quality of family life,and promote social harmony and development. |
