Community party members are fixed in the community,composed of different education and occupation,closely linked with the community residents.Strengthening the cultivation of ideal and belief of community party members is the key point and important link in the construction of community party members.The central task of cultivating the ideal and belief of the community party members is to improve the enthusiasm of the community party members to participate in the community autonomy and the consciousness of serving the community residents.In the new era,with the rapid development of urban-rural integration,Chinese communities have shown the characteristics of rapid increase in number and diversity in types.With the development of the community,the community party members have grown up.Therefore,the importance and necessity of the ideal and Belief Cultivation of the community party members have reached an unprecedented strategic height.The effect of cultivating the ideal and belief of the party members in the community is related to the improvement of the organizational power of the party organizations in the community and the exertion of the leading core role in the community governance.As the basic feeler of national governance,community governance plays an increasingly important role in the governance system.Leading community governance is the new orientation of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China for the function of community party organization,and also the new requirement for community party building in the new era.Whether the party's leadership can be effectively embedded in community governance is directly related to the effectiveness of the modernization of social governance system,the consolidation of the party's grass-roots political power and the long-term stability of the country.In the new era,the concern and requirement of community party construction and community governance make the research of ideal and Belief Cultivation of community party members become an urgent work.On the basis of clarifying the background and significance of the research and summarizing the existing research success,this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research and practical research to explore the path of cultivating ideal and belief of community party members in four parts.First of all,based on the concept of ideal and Belief Cultivation of community party members,this paper clarifies the relevance and importance of ideal and Belief Cultivation of community party members for communityparty building and community governance.Then,from the perspective of the times,we should make clear the value orientation,rational two-dimensional structure and the construction requirements of cooperative education mechanism for the cultivation of ideal and belief of community party members in the new era.The analysis of the concept,necessity and demand of the times of the cultivation of the ideal and belief of the party members in the community makes the whole research clear and makes the research closely combine with the requirements of the new era.Secondly,combing the historical context of the cultivation of ideals and beliefs,tracing the origin in the process of the development of Marxism,and finding the theoretical source and support of cultivation.After the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this paper summarizes the new experience of the cultivation of the ideal and belief of the party members in the community,and strengthens the practical pertinence of the research.Thirdly,we use the form of questionnaire and case interview to investigate the current situation of the cultivation of the ideal and belief of the community party members.Through sorting out and comprehensive analysis of the research data,we extract the problems existing in the cultivation of the ideal and belief of the community party members,and in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems.Finally,after the completion of the sample study,combined with the requirements of the new era of community party building and the actual situation of the ideological construction of community party members to explore the cultivation path.In the new era,the research on the cultivation of ideal and belief of community party members has completed the summary of the achievements and shortcomings of the work of ideological construction of the party in the community since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and has carried out the path exploration with pertinence to the problems,aiming to combine the cultivation of ideal and belief of community party members with the construction of the party in the community and the governance of the community,so as to effectively integrate the cultivation into the construction of the community and realize the positive interaction between the two.
