The Research On The Effect Of Shenyang Goverment In The Development Of Elderly University

Since 1999,China had been into aging society,the quantity of aging population increasing constantly,a series of social issue happened.For relieving the pressure of aging society,our government seeks to solve the problem with improving education for the elderly,pushing forward the work high-quality developing,providing the first-rate service for the aged,satisfying the needs of spiritual culture of the aged,achieving good social results.At present,the elderly university is rapid developing period.In order to seize the history opportunity,makes full use of the effect of government.This article bases on Shenyang's reality with literature review method and questionnaire method to research the policy support,fund investment,construct the teacher team and broadcast work of Shenyang government behavior in the developing of elderly university.Using experience for reference of Jiangsu province,Shaanxi province,Fujian province and Shandong province,analyze in favor of improving Shenyang's elderly university policy.The research shows that Shenyang government need to increase fund and policy supports,clear institution preparation issue,enhance the teacher team construction and broadcast work,promote Shenyang's elderly university high-quality developing.In the meantime,the research is favorable for elderly university in the area of Liaoning province.
