The Protection Of The Guests Of Home-sharing

With the continuous advancement of the macro economy and the continuous development of Internet technology,the sharing economy model has emerged and flourished in various fields under the background of the demand for further optimization of resource allocation.In the field of accommodation,using idle house resources through the home-sharing platform as a bridge,it realizes the matching of residents and landlords,and creates a business model of home-sharing.While the rapid development of the home-sharing industry,more attention needs to be paid to protecting the privacy of residents.The scope of guest privacy mainly includes the privacy of personal information and the privacy of the place during the stay of the home-sharing.In recent years,incidents of violation of the privacy of the guest have been occurring.This will have a negative impact on the long-term development of the home-sharing industry,at the same time,regulation upon the home-sharing industry is imperfect,and the privacy protection of guest is quite insufficient.This article consists of three parts: introduction,body,and conclusion.The body consists of four chapters.The first chapter is an introduction to the privacy protection of home-sharing guest.Starting from the definition of home-sharing,the first chapter introduces the development of home-sharing industry,including the operation mode and development history of home-sharing industry.The privacy protection of shared bed and breakfast is compared with other sharing economy models and the characteristics of hotels and hotels.From the perspective of place privacy and from the participants in the transaction model,it distinguishes the characteristics of home-sharing industry privacy protection compared to other sharing economy models and the traditional hotel industry.The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of privacy protection for residents of home-sharing.The evolution of privacy and the connotation of the right to privacy are briefly explained,and the meaning of the privacy rights of the residents in the home-sharing discussed in this article is determined,and the theory of place privacy and the theory of reasonable expectations of privacy are analyzed and discussed.The third chapter mainly introduces the current situation of privacy protection of guest in home-sharing.First of all,from the perspective of the subject of privacy protection of home-sharing guests,this chapter respectively introduces existing measures for the protection of shared guesthouse guests' privacy of the existing legislative,administrative and supervisory authorities,the home-sharing industry association,and the shared home-sharing platform.Besides,the responsibility of the host and the home-sharing platform when privacy of the guest of home-sharing is also analyzed.The fourth chapter is based on the analysis of the current situation of the privacy protection of the residents in Chapter 3,and puts forward suggestions on how to better protect the privacy of the residents.It is basically divided according to the perspective of the subject of protection.First,the regulation system of the home-sharing should be improved.Secondly,it is necessary to increase the obligations of the home-sharing platform in protecting the privacy of guest,so as to make their rights and obligations more balanced.Finally,the role of the home-sharing industry association should be more fully exerted,and the self-regulation effect of the home-sharing industry should be brought into play.
