Research On The Practice Of Integrating The Three Governs In The Rural Areas Of Zhejiang Province

The "rural governance system combining sound autonomy,rule of law,and rule of morality" proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC indicates the direction for the construction and development of the rural governance system in the new era.Establishing a rural governance system with the integration of autonomy,rule of law,and rule of virtue is a basic work to achieve effective rural governance,and it is also a specific requirement for good governance and modernization of rural governance.The Strategic Plan for Rural Rejuvenation(2018-2022),issued by the State Council of the Communist Party of China in September 2018,puts forward a governance mechanism of “adherence to autonomy,rule of law,and rule of virtue”from the perspective of a sound modern rural governance system.Judging from the real logic of rural governance,this three-governance integration governance mechanism is an innovation and further improvement of the current rural governance,and it is also an important measure to improve the modern rural governance system.The integration of the three governances is a method,including autonomy,rule of law,and rule of virtue are the basic methods of social governance.This article takes Tongxiang,Fengqiao,and Tangqi areas in Zhejiang as examples to explore how to sort out certain achievements and problems in the integration of the three governances,and then according to the characteristics of different regions in China,the autonomy,the rule of law,and the rule of virtue Several aspects,such as organic integration,are the starting points,and explore the path of the integration of the three governances in the rural governance system.This article is divided into five chapters for discussion and analysis.Through literature research,I have sorted out and summarized the theoretical elements of rural governance,conducted preliminary exploration on the basis of collecting,analyzing,and sorting out relevant literature on rural governance.Through various data analysis,I have a brief understanding of the current rural governance in China.,I have a clear idea of the content of the article's key research.The first chapter of this article mainly introduces the research background and significance of this topic and the current status of domestic and foreign research.It is not difficult to find that there is very little literature on the integration of the three governances in the foreign country.The theoretical basis of Chapter 3 is mainly about the implementation of the integration of the three governances in Zhejiang.There are Tongxiang practice,Fengqiao practice and Tangxi practice.The specific practices of the integration of the three governances vary from place to place.To promote the integration of the three governances.The fourth chapter summarizes the method of integrating the three governances in Zhejiang,with a practical and effective carrier.The main problems are the lack of autonomous subjects,the influence of traditional thinking and the neglect of the importance of township regulations and conventions.You can only avoid the main problems if you find them.In other places,you can change them if you can't.,To provide practice for the Three Governs nationwide,and to solve the problems existing in Zhejiang when integrating the Three Governs.Discover the different characteristics of the village and use its advantages to better integrate the Sanzhi.
