Study On The Government Management Function Of Wuhai Economic Development Zone

The economic development zone is a government-led public industry pattern which fully promote and drive local economic and social development.With years of continuous improvement and innovation,the economic development zone has become an important pillar of China's economic and social development.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,China's economic development also faces new challenges.The basic feature of China's economic development is that China's economy has changed from high-speed growth to a high-quality development stage.This is a major conclusion of the Party Central Committee on China's economic development.It's time for Wuhai Economic Development Zone to seek the transformation of government management functions.In order to better adapt to the changes in China 's economic situation,it's necessary to strengthen the overall planning of the development zone,clarify the development strategy,improve the management system,strengthen investment attraction,optimize the business environment,and make up the shortcomings to enhance the comprehensive strength of the economic development zone.This is an inevitablechoice of history and an important force for the Wuhai Economic Development Zone to take the path of sustainable development.This paper attempts to analyze the new requirements of the government management functions of the economic development zone under the new situation from the perspective of the new public service theory,through the collation and research of the relevant materials of the archives,field visits and empirical analysis.It summarizes the management status and existing problems of Wuhai Economic Development Zone and put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation of the government management functions of Wuhai Economic Development Zone,for further promoting economic development of Wuhai City.
