Research On Rural Construction Under The Rule Of Law In Southern Xinjiang From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Rural Revitalization is an important task to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.After the victory in poverty alleviation,we should comprehensively promote rural revitalization,which is a historic shift in the focus of the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the third central Xinjiang work forum that "we must vigorously promote economic and social development and improvement of people’s livelihood in southern Xinjiang".Further enriching the connotation of rural construction under the rule of law and expanding its extension of serving economic and social development and improving people’s livelihood are promising and must be done,which is also the due meaning of realizing the Rural Revitalization Strategy and implementing it.As an important part of the corps’ social governance,the construction of legal companies is of great and far-reaching significance to promote the comprehensive implementation of the rule of law in Xinjiang,especially in southern Xinjiang.However,in the process of its promotion,there are still some weak links and problems,especially in southern Xinjiang.According to the distinctive requirements put forward by the third central Symposium on Xinjiang work,it is particularly urgent to deeply explore and implement the construction of legal companies in southern Xinjiang and further strengthen grass-roots social governance.At present,with the comprehensive promotion and in-depth implementation of major strategies such as BINGTUAN’s deepening reform and southward development,the construction of s Division’s rule of law company has shown many gratifying changes,such as actively promoting the construction of grass-roots rule of law,deepening the establishment of grass-roots rule of law,improving the people’s rule of law literacy and moral quality,and consolidating the foundation of grass-roots company’s rule of law talents.At the same time,the relatively backward concept and relatively simple management have restrained the governance vitality to a certain extent and scope,affected the resource allocation and hindered the continuous improvement of governance capacity.Under the background of the new era,it has become a key and important issue how to build a suitable path and model of the construction of legal companies,so as to promote the high-quality economic and social development,governance capacity and governance system modernization in southern Xinjiang.To further improve the governance system of the s Division’s legal company,we should better adhere to the combination of autonomy,rule of law and rule of virtue,and give full play to the role of the rule of law;We should strengthen local legislation related to agriculture,standardize judicial law enforcement related to agriculture,and further improve the quality and efficiency of agricultural rule of law;We should strengthen the construction of the company’s social security prevention and control system,promote the substantive operation of the comprehensive management center,strengthen the investigation and resolution of contradictions and disputes,promote the normalization of the elimination of underworld and evil,and ensure that there is no crime and no disorder,so as to make the grass-roots company more peaceful and the staff more comfortable;We should continue to strengthen law popularization,build a strong legal culture position of the company,focus on cultivating a number of "legal savvy people",and make the publicity of the rule of law more grounded and popular;We should make an overall plan to mobilize the resources of grass-roots political and legal comprehensive management,and strive to improve the overall level of the construction of the company under the rule of law in southern Xinjiang.And this is also a historical task entrusted by the new era.This research topic studies the above problems and situations from the perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy,and gives countermeasures and suggestions.
