The Development Strategy Study On Government Websites Of Xinjiang Production And Construction Corps

The web sites of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps government is a bridge and external window which its all level governments contact with the masses.Construction and improvement of government web sites in Xinjiang is very important to promote the transformation of government functions, to promote administrative reform and improve government efficiency and public service level, set a good image of the government online. Since "Government Internet Project" has been officially launched in China in 1999,all levels of Xinjiang government are warmly concerning and positively responsing to the government on line. After years of development, rapid increase in the number of government web sites and government websites in all aspects of construction have made considerable achievements, but there are also a wide range of issues.Therefore,the analysis and research on government site of Xinjiang and to explore the construction strategy of it are essential. In order to have a comprehensive and objective understanding of the construction of websites of Xinjiang, in this paper 14 division (city) government web sites, 45 Administrative organs Corps Networks, and the websites from 100 corporations\ranchs under theirs jurisdiction of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps were investigated, and statistical analysis of survey results by the evaluation indexs of government affairs information disclosure, online business, public participation, web design, web site security.on this bisis the achievements and shortcomings of Xingjiang Production and Construction Corps Web site at this stage during construction are summarized. Finally, the thesis approaches the issue as to construction and development strategies of the government website of Xinjiang Corps from following five aspects, Strengthening macro-control, positioning correctly and improving services, reinforcing assessments, training information professionals, as well as drawing on the advanced experience both at home and abroad, in the hope of promoting construction and development of the government website.
