Research On The Legal Risk And Control Of Campus Loan

Campus loan is the product of the combination of campus loan and Internet fin ance.Due to its characteristics of simple loan process,low access conditions for loa n subjects and high success rate of loan transaction,campus loan has attracted a lar ge number of capital inflows in China in just a few years since its emergence,and a large number of campus loan platforms have emerged.It is worth noting that,due to the "lag" of the law itself,campus loans are exposed to such legal risks as high interest rates,personal information leakage,and violent collection.In recent years,v icious events related to campus loans occur frequently.The development of campus l oans has deviated from the normal track,and campus loans have almost become "ro utine loans".This paper mainly has two research objectives: first,make clear the concept,cla ssification and basic characteristics of campus loans,and sort out the current normati ve documents related to campus loans in China,so as to have an in-depth understan ding of the development status of campus loans;Secondly,the paper analyzes the po ssible legal risks of campus loans according to the main body of the law,and propo ses specific control measures for the legal risks.This paper is mainly divided into the following four chapters: the first chapter i s the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance of cam pus loan through three cases,then expounds the research status of campus loan at h ome and abroad and comments on it,and finally expounds the research methods,in novation and shortcomings of this paper.The second chapter is an overview of cam pus loan.At the beginning,the concept of campus loan is clearly defined.Then,the classification,legal relationship and basic characteristics of campus loan are introduc ed.The third chapter is the analysis of the legal risk of campus loan,taking the su bject of campus loan legal relationship as the distinguishing basis,respectively analy zes the legal risk of specific subject.The fourth chapter is the legal risk control pat h of campus loan,and proposes specific control measures for specific legal risks.
