Litigation documents have occupied an extremely important position in ancient judicial proceedings in China.They are not only a necessary condition to promote the smooth progress of the proceedings,but also an important basis for the government to hear judgments.It has played an indispensable and important role in various litigation activities carried out in accordance with legal instruments.Although each dynasty has strict requirements on the truth and objectivity of the verbal content,in the long development history of the verbal content,the content is untrue,and false plaints have always existed.In the Ming and Qing Dynasties,this "liar" characteristic was particularly common,and even formed a litigation atmosphere of "no plaints,no rogues,no words." The rampant abuse of plaints by the two companies not only caused various litigation problems,either pros or cons,but also had a great impact on the judicial practice and litigation order at that time.This article will analyze the characteristics and performance of plaints through the composition and connotation of plaints,and summarize the "writing method" of plaints through the perspective of a litigant.At the same time,the purpose of the plaintiff's lie-telling and the reasons for the prosperous lie in the Ming and Qing Dynasties were analyzed and analyzed,and the regulations and penalties for lie were summarized from the attitude and measures of the government.With a view to in-depth understanding and analysis of the influence and value of plaints in the judicial trials of the Ming and Qing Dynasties,and to reflect on the pros and cons of plaints.
