With the development of big information data,various forms of self-Media such as WeChat,Weibo,Kwai and Douyin have been widely disseminated and applied.The popularity of self-Media not only brings great challenges to traditional media,but also exposes public crisis information to the social environment of "Everyone Reporter".Many management problems of the government in response to public crisis emerge,which brings great challenges to how our government manages public crisis events.At the same time,through carrying and disseminating a large amount of information,the self-Media has more and more influence on the production relationship and interpersonal relationship,as well as people's life style and production mode.Self media is not only a platform for information release,but also plays a variety of roles in public crisis management,which greatly affects the development direction of public crisis and becomes one of the indispensable sources of power in public management.For the government's public crisis management,the self media platform is a "Rapier",which can make public opinion deviate from the right path,and can also become the emissary of fairness and justice.How to make good use of this "Sword" has become a new subject of government public crisis management in the era of self media.This paper mainly uses three research methods: one is to use the literature research method,through consulting,analyzing,sorting out and summarizing the relevant literature,to study the relevant theories of self media and government public crisis management,and to objectively evaluate the role and influence of self media in government public crisis management combined with the reports of relevant public crisis events.The second is to reflect the existing problems in the government public crisis management through case analysis,combined with the "long-term problem vaccine event",draw lessons from relevant experience,and put forward the basis for the following relevant policies through case analysis.The third is the comparative analysis method,which makes a comparison between domestic and foreign countries,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for this thesis.Firstly,from the standpoint of normative research,this paper elaborates the concept,connotation and form of self-media,and analyses the basic theory of self-Media and government public crisis management.On the basis of existing research,this paper studies the challenges and reasons faced by government public opinion in the era of self-media Chinese style.From the empirical point of view,this paper starts from the case of Changsheng problem vaccine,combines with the theory of public crisis management,and perspective the law and path of public opinion evolution from the perspective of media,analyses the communication way of public crisis and the government's public crisis response behavior,summarizes the challenges and reasons faced by self-Media in government crisis management,and how to effectively grasp public opinion by using the advantages of self-media.On the basis of facts and facts,we should change passivity into initiative,actively and effectively respond to sudden public crisis events,and put forward opinions and suggestions.Finally,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of government crisis management in the age of self-media.It is believed that the role of self-Media in the media should be re-examined and positioned from the aspects of establishing scientific ideas,building a perfect response mechanism,perfecting the legal system and establishing a government assessment mechanism,and that active strategies should be adopted to guide the development of public opinion towards a rational direction and gradually resolve the group polarity.To alleviate the pressure of public opinion faced by the government,enhance the ability of government network governance,establish a good public image and maintain the order of mad society,we should change the phenomena and irrational opinions environment.
