Organizations At County Level Based On The Perspective Of Multi-agent Governance

The women's federation organization is a non-governmental organization with great influence in our country.It is a bridge and link between the party and the government and the masses,and plays an important role in safeguarding and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of women and children.In spite of the great achievements,the development speed of the current women's rights organization work system has been shown to be quite incompatible with the development of economic and social development in recent years,which has affected the effectiveness of women's rights work.In this context,this paper tries to find out the problems and cruxes of the women's rights system in the current stage of the women's rights management system in Guizhou province,and find out the problems and cruxes of the women's rights system at the present stage,explore better and adapt to the development of the new period.Rights protection work methods,optimize the county-level women 's rights management system.This paper will use the research methods such as literature research and case analysis to establish the work system of women's rights protection based on modern public governance on the basis of combing the concept theory of rights protection and public governance of women's federation as the focus of this paper.Through the research and analysis of the status quo of the women's rights reform in Guizhou,this paper points out the problems and causes in the work,and then puts forward some suggestions,including post-griding,departmental linkage,monitoring gap and tracking and long-term Construction of Internal Governance System.Finally,it points out the improvement measures that need attention in the construction of the system and the concrete work suggestions so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the construction of the rights protection system and provide reference and reference for the further development of the women's rights work.
