Research On The Countermeasures Of Women's Federation's Participation In Social Governance

In transitional China, as a bridge and link between the Party and the masses of women,Women's federation is an important social pillar of state power. It is in a special position in politics and mass combination and plays an irreplaceable role in participating in social governance. The significance and countermeasures of Women's federation's participation in social governance is not only a new demand proposed by the Party and government on the organization in better playing the function of public service, but also the momentum and reality need of social development.This paper, introducing the basic situation as well as the domestic and foreign research status of Women's federation's participation in social governance and analyzing the actual cases of Haidian District, aims to explore some problems existing in the process of Women's federation's participation in social governance, addressing the causes and combing practice, and put forward some concrete policy recommendations. The author hopes that the paper can provide Women's federation some reference suggestions in further improving the mechanism, deepening the function and improving the level of its participation in social governance,and then, offer some references in promoting the government's function transformation, straightening out the relationship between the benefit of both parties and safeguarding social fairness and stability.
