Women's Federation Of Alxa League Of Inner Mongolia Participated In The Study Of Social Governance

In the period of social transformation,a governance structure composed of multiple subjects is needed to participate in social governance.As a group organization under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,Women's Federation is in a special position combining politics and masses.It is an important pillar of the state's political power and an important force for state governance.It is also promoting the modernization of state governance capabilities and the modernization of the governance system.The important subject serves to assist the government in maintaining social stability,repairing social relations,and maintaining social order.It can be said that participation in social governance is a new obligation undertaken by the Women's Federation in the new era.However,at present,there is still a big gap between Women's Federation and the needs of social development in the new era in terms of functional positioning and working methods.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how Women's Federation seize opportunities and effectively participate in social governance in the new situation.This paper mainly studies the topic of improving the participation of the Women's Federation in social governance.Based on the comprehensive analysis and research of its background and significance,this study gives a systematic overview about the relevant research at home and abroad and provides the theory foundation on the Women's Federation participation in social governance,in support with polycentric governance,good governance and third-party governance and arguments on the opportunities,responsibilities,advantages and weaknesses of the Federations participation in social governance as well.In Alxa League,the applied research has been made on the participation of the Women's Federation in social governance.During the study,some prominent problems have emerged,such as blurred authority,single service pattern,relatively backward operation and inefficient resource integration.Through in-depth analysis of the problems,the paper concludes that resource dependence,inadequate security,backward concept and inadequate mechanism are the important reasons that limit the participation of Women's Federation in social governance.Based on the advanced experience of other regions in China and the actual situation of Alxa League,this paper analyzes the countermeasures to improve the ability of Alxa Women's Federation to participate in social governance from four aspects: First,rationalizing government function and identifying function orientation.Second,strengthening self-improvement and solidifying work foundation.Third,improving work principles and practices in innovative ways.Fourth,appropriate resource distribution and application in coordinating and sharing manner.
