With the rapid development of economy and society,the government pays more and more attention to the role of social organizations in providing public services.Therefore,social organizations will undertake the transfer of government functions more widely.However,at the present stage,social organizations are faced with many difficulties such as lack of resources,low credibility and weak ability.Social workers also have problems such as difficulty in employment,low salary and insufficient ability in career development.In short,the number and service capacity of current non-profit organizations are not enough to undertake the transformation of government functions in the provision of public services.Then if social public welfare resources are effectively allocated through the market mechanism,social public welfare activities provide economic support through the market operation mechanism,investors in the venture philanthropy is a cooperative relationship with investors,stakeholders and the investors through signing contracts to establish relations of cooperation,both commercial partnership could create a new mode of public service and improve the professional ability of public welfare organizations,but also for the enterprise into the public brand,shaping healthy positive public image for the enterprise,for enterprise and financial support of the project site.Whether this mode of "public welfare marketization" is reliable and effective?After the participation of enterprises,how to balance the advantages and disadvantages under the contradiction between public welfare and business and achieve the adaptive balance between them?
