Optimization Research Of Operation Modes For Venture Philanthropy In Jinan

With the rapid development of economy and society,the masses’ material living standards have been improved in the four decades of reform and opening.The change of actual national conditions put forward a higher promotion demand for the construction of China’s social public service function system.On this basis,social organizations have developed rapidly.Not only has the quantity and ability been improved,but the form of expression of social services has become increasingly diversified,and theoretical research on social organizations has also continued to increase.At this time,the Venture Philanthropy was introduced into China as a new form of public service provision.The first implementation was in Shanghai,Hangzhou,Guangzhou and other regions,and quickly spread to all parts of our country.In this context,Jinan draws on advanced domestic and international practical experience,and combines the development of local social organizations to explore a roadmap for the practice of Venture Philanthropy.This is a new form of public service provision.With its innovative service perspective,relatively mature development concepts and various development models,Venture Philanthropy has played an active role in the provision of public services and promoted the provision of public services in Jinan.With the gradual improvement of the national governance system and the increasingly modernized governance capabilities,the development of the venture capital venture is very necessary.Based on this,this article makes use of the existing literature and materials to conduct field research on the organization of the Venture Philanthropy organization in Jinan and the social organizations involved in the Venture Philanthropy.To learn more about the development of Venture Philanthropy in Jinan and summarize the operating modes and characteristics.Through reference to the advanced experience of venture capital ventures at home and abroad,we hope to improve the related practice of Venture Philanthropy in Jinan.After investigation,it was found that various problems existed in the Venture Philanthropy practice in Jinan,such as strict project entry threshold,single source of funds,short project cycle,imperfect construction of professional talents,etc.These factors hinder the development of Venture Philanthropy.Therefore,in order to enhance the social vitality of Jinan,we must combine the existing development reality,based on the present,look to the future,solve current problems,and seek a new path for the development of Venture Philanthropy.In the future,the development of Venture Philanthropy in Jinan should start from the aspects of changing government management concepts,establishing a sound protection mechanism,and improving the self-ability of social organizations under the guidance of governance theory.We must adhere to the combination of theory and practice,effectively improve the quality of public services,and create a more harmonious social environment.
