Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Community Venture Philanthropy In Hubei Province

As an innovative charity model and investment mode,China's charity venture practice began in 2006.Due to its huge social benefits,it has attracted extensive attention from local governments,academia,media and community workers.With the construction of service-oriented government and the promotion of socialization of public service in China,as a new model of interaction between government and society,venture capital for public good has been vigorously promoted in various regions.Since 2010,hubei province has been carrying out public venture capital for more than 8 years,from the stage of knowledge preparation to the stage of practical operation.Domestic venture philanthropy research focused on the origin and connotation of the venture philanthropy,venture philanthropy to take root in China,public welfare implementing ways and patterns of venture capital in China,public venture capital to promote the development of social organizations,and areas such as the function of social governance,but in a province is very little to explore the influence factors of venture philanthropy competition.Based on participating in the 5th venture philanthropy series of 17 cities in hubei province state's achievements rank as the analysis object,parsing the venture philanthropy around the results obtained,as well as public information on the development of venture capital,and on this basis to explore the factors that affect performance results in local venture philanthropy,points out the shortage of the existing venture philanthropy,hubei province,and puts forward perfect opinions,for better around the hubei province public venture capital to promote social management to provide some reference value.This paper is divided into five parts.The first three chapters are the introduction of public venture capital.The key chapters are chapter 4 and chapter 5:The first chapter is introduction.Focus on the background and significance of the research,through the collation and study of domestic and foreign public venture literature,clear analysis of the status quo at home and abroad as well as the research content of this paper.The second chapter,the introduction of public venture capital in hubei province.This paper mainly introduces the development process of public venture capital in hubei province since 2014,the professional value concept of public venture capital in hubei province and the definition of the concept of public venture capital.The third chapter describes the basic situation of the fifth public venture capital competition in hubei province.This paper mainly introduces the operation model,the general situation and the achievements of the project.The fourth chapter,hubei province each place public welfare creates throws the result and the influence factor.By assigning points to the venture capital projects of different rankings,the project scores are summarized and sorted according to the place,so as to rank the results of the venture capital competition in different regions,and analyze the influencing factors of the results of the venture capital competition in different regions.Through the analysis found around the influence factors of venture philanthropy competition performance is various,in addition to the associated with the factors of the project itself,such as the ease of project implementation,project of action group number,the number of team members and links to resources type,continuity of the project itself,also associated with the external conditions of the project,including project principal specialization degree,importance of venture philanthropy across,and project report person show effect,etc.The fifth chapter,the dilemma and the way out:the consummation and the development of the public venture capital model in hubei province.On the basis of finding out the influential factors of public venture capital in hubei province,this paper probes into the shortcomings of public venture capital in hubei province and the ways to improve it.The author thinks that do benefit venture led by local governments,it need to create rich nutrition for the development of venture philanthropy of the soil and the environment,adhere to the principle of"balance urban and rural development",and attaches great importance to the construction of community work personnel,use of social media network to do publicity,and make full use of the jurisdiction of the resources,to achieve political,social,enterprises to actively participate in various main bodies,report to project director in person,etc.,when entry above may help the region public venture has leap in quality and quantity of ascension.
