Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Promoting Administration According To Law In Qingyang District Government,Chengdu City

Running the country by law and building a socialist country under the rule of law are the basic strategies of the party and the country.Administration under the law is the basic requirement for China to rule the country under the law.It is the basis for the development of a socialist policy with Chinese characteristics.It is the guarantee for the development of a socialist market economy and a symbol for the realization of modern social civilization.In accordance with the framework of the Chinese administrative system,governments at the district level are at the bottom of our administrative system and,by law,are at the top of the administration.There are approximately 39,000 grassroots governments in China,millions of which are the most common and direct contacts with people.The legally required establishment of a basic administration has a direct impact on the development of the country.A comprehensive analysis of the current administrative status of grassroots governments in China shows that many areas still need to be improved,Further strengthen the administrative surveillance mechanism under the law.The author believes that we should start with the changes in the concept of the rule of law,the restructuring of the administrative system and the continuous improvement of administrative measures in order to further deepen the reform process of the Chinese basic government in the administration under the law.Based on the rule of law theory,limited government theory,and service-oriented government theory,this article uses root cause analysis,comparative analysis,and literature research methods to collect academic data related to administrative management in accordance with the law.The case in the study is used as a research object and compared with the universal influencing factors that exist in basic governments in the further development of administration according to the law.A case study of Chengdu Qingyang District administrative practice according to the law summarizes and analyzes existing problems and specific causes.For example,Chengdu Qingyang District still has insufficient administrative decision-making mechanisms,administrative law enforcement methods are not innovative enough,and the administrative oversight system has not yet been implemented.Problems such as inadequate administrative reporting system.The specific cause is poor administrative awareness in accordance with laws,incomplete laws and regulations,and failure tocomply with the support mechanism.From the perspective of the cause of the problem,this article contains suggestions on the ability of the Qingyang District Government of Chengdu to improve the level of administration in accordance with the law,including improving the law and regulation of the administration in accordance with the law,improving law enforcement,improving internal and external administrative oversight systems and the improvement of administrative levels through science and technology Based on the study of improving the administrative capacity of law in the Qingyang District Government of Chengdu City as a starting point,it is hoped that the reform of the administrative legal system in China will further deepen and build a government that is regulated by law,with some reference and reference.
