In March 2014,in order to effectively activate the competition mechanism and force the major commercial Banks to improve their service level and put customer service quality in a more important position,the former CBRC actively promoted the introduction of the first batch of pilot private Banks at their own risk.In December 2014,shenzhen qianhai weizhong bank,China's first private bank and also an Internet bank,started operation after being approved by the former CBRC.Then,zhejiang Internet commercial bank,jiangsu suning bank,sichuan new network bank and other Internet Banking have been established.After adjustment and development in recent years,major Internet Banks have developed financial products and services that are more suitable for the market demand.For example,the "microcredit" launched by shenzhen qianhai weizhong bank in May 2015 is aimed at inclusive finance and serves the small consumption needs of consumers.With the rapid development of Internet banking in China,the phenomenon of infringement of the rights and interests of financial consumers in Internet banking also occurs from time to time.Internet banking financial consumers in the face of the relative strength and relatively has more advantage of the Internet banking,is relatively weak,Internet banking and finance information asymmetry between consumers and Internet banking institutions are more obvious,on the one hand,the legitimate rights and interests of Internet banking financial consumer gradually neglected even infringement,on the other hand,the existing laws and regulations,protect system regulation conditions with Internet banking development and protection of consumer rights and interests coordination,adaptation,in view of this,in order to balance the interests of Internet banking and its financial consumers conflict,maintenance of Internet banking financial market healthy and orderly development,To promote the steady and sustainable development of Internet banking,it is more important to protect the legitimate rights and interests of Internet banking financial consumers.The text of this paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,research significance,literature overview,research methods,innovation and possible shortcomings of this paper.The second part of this paper focuses on the basic overview of Internet banking and its financial consumers.This part first introduces the basic overview of Internet banking and its development in China,the definition of financial consumers,and then deduces the connotation of Internet banking financial consumers.Then it describes several theoretical bases of protecting the rights and interests of Internet banking consumers,and the typical characteristics of the infringement of the rights and interests of Internet banking financial consumers,and finally points out the necessity of protecting the rights and interests of Internet banking financial consumers.The third part,this paper has a detailed legal system from on Internet banking,the supervision of Internet banking regulation,financial protection of the rights and interests of consumers overall coordination mechanism,evaluation of financial consumer rights and interests protection,the current Internet banking consumption disputes solution,financial consumer education propaganda and so on various introduces the protection of Internet banking financial consumer rights and interests of the present situation,the facing problems,main performance for the current Internet banking consumption disputes solution treatment the effect not beautiful,financial consumer protection evaluation method is not suitable,the Internet banking financial consumption education propaganda is not enough,etc.In this paper,the fourth part carries on the third part analysis the question crux,targeted effective corresponding countermeasures for these problems,emphasis from strengthen regulation of the Internet,establish and improve the mechanism of protection of consumers' rights and interests,perfecting the Internet banking financial consumption disputes solution,build the Internet banking for examination and assessment of consumers' rights and interests protection mechanism,strengthening financial consumer education propaganda and so on aspects.
