At present,influenced by the development situation at home and abroad,China's economy has gradually changed from pursuing high-speed development to pursuing high-quality development,which has set relatively high requirements and strict standards for governments at all levels to better perform their duties and realize the transformation of government functions.Under the general trend of promoting the reform of "decentralization,administration and service",the relevant policies and measures for performing their duties and transforming their functions will inevitably fall on the "first line" of the reform--the government service center,leading to its distinctive operation and development.This article mainly by the government affairs service center of the related concepts and theoretical basis for the theoretical support,through literature,questionnaire survey and interviews,combed the operation of the government affairs service center of zaozhuang development practice,through research found that the government affairs service center in the development of practical operation of zaozhuang do the government affairs service "a door,a network,a chain,a window,a",improve the efficiency of the examination and approval service,to provide the public with better environment,better services,higher efficiency and more Jane's government affairs service process.However,zaozhuang city government service center in the operation and development of the government service center is still to be strengthened,the window personnel service concept deviation,the government service platform user experience is not high problems,and the existence of these problems traced back to the source,the analysis.Finally,by comparing the main practices of the operation and development of the domestic government service center,combined with the reasons for the existence of problems,this paper puts forward some measures to promote the continuous improvement and development of the government service center by strengthening the positioning of the government service center,diversifying personnel management,further developing e-government and continue to improve the quality of government services.
