Against the backdrop of a trade war,trade frictions and intellectual property disputes between China and the United States have frequently occurred in recent years.The U.S.frequently initiates patent 337 investigations into China,causing continuous problems for foreign-related enterprises in China,Chinese enterprises urgently need to take measures to actively respond.This article first conducted an in-depth study of the 337 investigation through the literature research method.lt mainly involves the substantive law of 337 investigation and the procedure of 337 investigation.In addition,the data analysis method is used to analyze the current situation of China related to the 337 survey.lt mainly involves the summary of the investigation of China 337 in China in recent years and the response of Chinese enterprises.This shows the impact of the 337 investigation on China's foreign-related enterprises.Then through the classic case of investigation of Chinese enterprises responding to Section 337——China Haoyang Electronics Co.,Ltd.patent infringement case,China Neodymium Iron Boron Reconciliation Case,and the successful case of ZTE Corporation and Chinese steel enterprises,Investigating how these enterprises respond to the lawsuit,as well as the reasons for their success and problems.Finally,based on the in-depth research and classic case analysis of the 337 investigation system,summarize and explore the coping strategies of Chinese enterprises.I hope to use this paper to explore the thinking and strategies of Chinese enterprises facing the 337 investigation.Help Chinese companies build confidence with a modest effort,and win in a tough trade war.
