With the development of society,people's consumer demand is gradually rising because of the continuous improvement of economic level.At the same time,people are paying more and more attention to the protection of consumer rights and interests,and laws and regulations on consumer rights protection have emerged at the historic moment.Laws and regulations related to consumer rights protection have been promulgated to provide certain legal support for consumer rights protection.But compared with foreign laws on consumer rights protection,China still has a lot of room for improvement in this field.This article focuses on the protection of consumer rights in an automobile consumer in Hangzhou as the center to discuss the protection of consumer rights and interests,in addition to the introduction,mainly includes three chapters and conclusions.The first chapter mainly introduces the case brief,focus issues and the main points of the judgment of a dispute over the sales contract between a Hangzhou automobile sales service company and Wang.And mainly analyzes the two focus issues of a dispute over a sales contract between a Hangzhou automobile sales service company and Wang,namely whether there is fraud in the automobile sales service company and how the Company should bear legal liability.The second chapter takes the two focus issues reflected in the case as an example to study the violation of consumer rights and interests in the case concerning the protection of consumer rights,the weak supervision of regulatory agencies,the defect of punitive compensation,the lack of consumer expertise,and litigation.Chapter three proposes the methods of increasing the amount of punitive damages and expanding the methods of punitive damages based on the problems existing in Chapter three,giving full play to the advantages of the small claims system,improving the level of consumer awareness,and expanding consumer associations.This article focuses on the analysis of the focal issues in a dispute over a sales contract between a Hangzhou automobile sales service company and Wang,and then the qualitative analysis of the company's fraudulent behavior and the legal liabilities it assumes.
