Case Work Promotes Social Integration Of Released Persons Upon Death Of Sentence

In recent years,the crime rate in our country has remained high,which also means that more and more people have been released from prison.The release of prisoners is a special group of society,first,as a vulnerable group,they suffer from the social groups to their exclusion and criticism,making them face difficulties in the integration of interpersonal communication and professional integration;Causes them to suffer from psychological integration and family integration,and finally,as a dangerous group,social groups are psychologically inexcusable about the social harm they cause,thus avoiding them,which is not conducive to the social integration of those released from prison,and their psychological re-injury.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 16 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the goal of building a harmonious socialist society and maintaining social stability,which is the premise and foundation of a harmonious socialist society,and is also an important part of promoting the healthy operation and coordinated development of the society.If we want to build a harmonious society,we must deal with the social integration of those released from prison.Based on the professionalism of the field of social work,this paper uses the method of case work to provide targeted services,so as to better promote the social integration of the released persons and contribute to the construction of a harmonious socialist society.The service object of this paper is a long period of social isolation,accept new things are relatively slow release of prisoners,through observation,interview,questionnaire and scale to collect their data,in-depth understanding of the psychological and social environment of the object of service,mining their needs,and develop personalized service programs.Communicate with the relatives of the service object,improve the family interaction relationship,link resources for them,seek policy support to help them find suitable jobs,and use delabeling,rational emotional therapy model to guide them to open their hearts and accept new lives.The innovation of this paper is to pay attention to the psychological integration of rural prisoners released from prison,compared with the past material help,can promote their social integration at a deeper level.This paper uses the method of case work to accurately understand the needs and problems of the service object,and the workingmethods are more targeted.The main deficiency is the particularity of the identity of the service object,which brings challenges to the ethical responsibility of social workers,and the unfriendly nature of social integration into the environment requires higher professional skills of social workers,and the effect of case service needs to be further improved.
