Case Study To Improve The Social Integration Of The Migration For The Elderly

Although the size of the floating population has changed from a sustained upward trend to a slow decline since 2015,the number of elderly migrants continues to grow.From 5.03 million in 2000 to 13.04 million in 2015.There are different mobility drivers for the mobile elderly population.This study focuses on the elderly groups who come to their children's cities to take care of their grandchildren.The main body of the floating population is the young group after the 80 s and 90 s.The young people have established a family and have children.However,due to their busy work and innocent child care,most of them rely on the help of their parents,thus expanding the scale of the elderly.As the old people living in the city face many difficulties in their children's urban life,they have gradually become a hot spot of concern.Based on the field of social work,this paper uses the method of casework and expects to explore effective service models to improve the living conditions of the elderly living with the elderly,expand social networks,promote social participation,and enhance their social integration.The service object of this thesis was discovered by the social workers.Through the interview method,observation method and questionnaire survey method,the data of the research object was collected.It was found that the victim's life in the son's urban S city was lonely,the social network was narrow,and the community integration was low.S city lacks a sense of belonging.According to the needs of the client,according to the theory of the situation and the theory of social support network,the direct treatment and indirect treatment techniques of the psychosocial treatment model are used to intervene in the promotion of the social integration of the client.The study found that using direct treatment skills to stimulate the willingness of the elderly to participate in the community,the actual participation in community activities can promote community integration,enhance community sense of belonging,enhance the social participation of the client,and participate in community activities is the main way to expand social networks.Thereby reducing the loneliness of the client.At the same time,in combination with indirect techniques to improve the circumstances of the client to promote the change of the case,the environment mainly includes the family,friends and community of the client.To sum up,the main way to improve the social integration of the client and achievesocial and psychological integration is to participate in community activities,promote community integration,improve the family system and community system of the client,and provide support for their social integration.The main social network.The innovation of this thesis lies in the fact that the research subjects are less concerned,and the previous studies pay more attention to the migrant workers.This article uses a case-based social work approach to provide personalized services to clients.The shortcomings are mainly psychosocial treatment models.The professional skills,personal experience,and especially the ability to link resources of social workers are full of challenges.The depth of intervention and service effect of the cases need to be improved.
