At present,China has entered an aging population society.Under the background of the gradual decline of the proportion of the labor force population under great pension payment pressure and the continuous delay of the average life expectancy,the current retirement age of female civil servants has no longer adapted to the current social development needs.State and the government began to attach importance to delay the retirement age of female civil servants this group,to adapt the new era of government human resource efficient utilization of female civil servants delay retirement scheme began to rise and parts start marketing implementation,to embody the female civil servants delay retirement across regions in China and the importance of government development in our county.Based on the background of delayed retirement of female civil servants,based on the life-cycle theory of human capital theory of gender role theory,this paper adopts the comparative analysis method of literature research to conduct in-depth research on the issues related to delayed retirement age of female civil servants.It is hoped that the positive effects of delayed retirement of female civil servants can be maximized,and the negative effects can be minimized to promote the implementation of the policy of delayed retirement of female civil servants.On the basis of research literature,this paper first explains the background and significance of delayed retirement of female civil servants and sorts out the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of delayed retirement.On this basis,the author points out that the current retirement age of female civil servants has some disadvantages,such as the large difference of the current retirement age between male and female civil servants and the extension of the initial working time,and analyzes the development trend of the delayed retirement of female civil servants.Then,it focuses on the positive and negative effects of female civil servants' delayed retirement.Form the perspective of positive effects,it is concluded that the delayed retirement age can not only reduce the pressure of pension payment,but also make rational use of government human resources and reduce the pension burden of children;Form the perspective of negative effects,the delay of retirement age may cause great pressure on the promotion of some young civil servants,affect the work efficiency of government departments and increase the employment pressure inChina in the short term,bringing certain pressure to the society.However,through the comprehensive analysis of the positive and negative effects,it is concluded that negative effects are relatively weak,and it is feasible for female civil servants to delay retirement.On this basis,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the delayed retirement of female civil servant,and clarifies which factors can better promote the implementation of the delayed retirement policy of female civil servant,so as to maximize the positive effects of the delayed retirement of female civil servants;Which factors hinder the implementation of the policy,so that female civil servants delay retirement has the above negative effects.In the end,according to the negative influence factors of female civil servants delay retirement,female civil servants in China are put forward delay retirement policy implementation strategy,through the study found that explore the gradual delay retirement mode increase the incentive measures to encourage delay retirement and the balance of supply and demand contradiction of Labour market can to a great extend to ensure the action of the positive effects,the maximum can better ensure female civil servants further delay retirement policy implementation.
