Research On The Satisfaction Of Mobile Governm Ent Users Based On TAM Model

With the advent of the information age,governments around the world are comprehensively promoting the construction of e-government,and its development level is constantly improving.However,in response to the increasing demand for mobility in society,responding to the heterogeneous demand for information and services from public service providers and the public,and seizing the opportunity brought by mobility,mobile government has attracted more and more attention from governments.By means of the joint application of mobile communication network and Internet,electronic and mobile government management and services are realized,the interaction between government and citizens is strengthened,public administration services are improved,and work processes are simplified and streamlined to enhance the efficiency of government public administration and enhance the collective performance of public administration.Mobile government is not only the reform of public administration and the standard of measuring the competitiveness level of countries and cities in the world,but also the hot topic of research on governments,academia and IT industries at present.This paper first summarizes the development and application of mobile government in the world,sum up the models,current situation and research results of domestic and foreign researchers in the field of mobile government user satisfaction,and determines the research direction of this paper,that is,to study the public satisfaction of mobile government system from the perspective of public psychology.Secondly,this paper studies and summarizes the characteristics of mobile government different from traditional e-government and the factors that affect the satisfaction of mobile government users.third,this paper uses the classical TAM technology acceptance model to construct the structural equation model of public satisfaction with mobile government system users,and designs the empirical process and empirical verification method of the model.fourth,based on the model,this paper designs a questionnaire survey and surveys to verify the model hypothesis through empirical analysis.empirical results show that the seven influencing factors of mobile and wireless technology,as well as perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use,significantly affect user satisfaction.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the user satisfaction of mobile government in China.
