Public security colleges are special colleges and universities for the purpose of cultivating excellent police officers.The admission conditions are different from those of ordinary colleges and universities.After entering a university,their status is different from other college students.Public security college students 'recognition of the status of reserve police officer is an important factor affecting students' study and life at school.And what is the current sense of identity of the police officers to the status of a reserve police officer? What factors affect students' identity? At present,there is no relevant research on these issues.Therefore,from the perspective of identity,this article takes a detailed study of public security college students as the research object,with the aim of strengthening student training for public security colleges,improving students' political and ideological and psychological quality education,and cultivating outstanding Republican police officers.This article first summarizes the related concepts and theories of identity,clarifies the definition of the concept and the specific issues studied in this article,namely: the status,differences,influencing factors and influencing mechanisms of student identity in public security colleges,and on this basis Quantitative analysis method is used to compile a questionnaire for the identity of students in public security colleges,collect data and analyze it,and study the status,differences and influential factors of identity;combined with qualitative research-rooted theory,prepare for impact Carry out in-depth research on the factors of identity of police officers to find out the influence mechanism of identity;finally,according to the research conclusions,put forward targeted suggestions for the training of students in public security colleges.The research shows that students in public security colleges have a high degree of identification with the identity of police officers,and it will be different according to the professional category,cadre experience,grade and political status.Five factors,police management,curriculum,school support,public opinion and parental influence,play a positive role in the identification of students in public security colleges.Based on the indepth research of the grounded theory,five main categories of school training,parental guidance,public opinion evaluation,emotional experience and career planning are summarized.Among them,school training and emotional experience have the greatest impact on students' identity and are the core factors.Three factors,school training,parental guidance and public opinion evaluation,will affect students' identity by influencing their emotional experience and career planning.When students have positive emotional experience or take public security as their career goal,they willstrengthen their identification of the identity of the police officers.Based on the above research results,some Suggestions are put forward from three aspects: policy,school and family.The innovation of this article is the first research on the identity of students in public security colleges from the aspects of psychological identity and behavioral tendencies;it also added social public opinion and parental influence to the influencing factors,and found that positive emotional experience factors on student identity Impact of identity.Through the research of this article,it will provide a new perspective for the research of police students and the training of talents.
