A Study On Tacit Knowledge Loss Of Police Intelligence Officers

Police intelligence work is belonged to the knowledge-intensive work.The direction of the police intelligence work is led by the tacit knowledge of the police intelligence officers,such as the thinking mode,practical experience and working skill,which is also important to the innovation of police intelligence work.The high-value tacit knowledge is preserved and disseminated by adopting training,seminars and other ways.However the tacit knowledge is often affected by some subjective factors such as personal emotion,when police intelligence officers try to make the explicit of tacit knowledge,as well as some objective factors such as staff turnover,which will result in the phenomenon of knowledge loss in some links of knowledge sharing activities.Eventually,the inheritance and development of police intelligence tacit knowledge will be caused losses.Therefore,it is of great practical value to study the tacit knowledge loss of police intelligence officers,which can realize the efficient sharing of tacit knowledge among police intelligence officers,so as to promote the knowledge innovation and ability growth of police intelligence officers and improve the work efficiency of police intelligence department.Based on the field research on the current situation of tacit knowledge sharing among police intelligence officers,this paper tries to build the index system of tacit knowledge loss of police intelligence officers,and constructs the risk assessment model of tacit knowledge loss of police intelligence officers by means of AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The risk level of tacit knowledge loss can be determined,by quantifying the fuzzy descriptive language of knowledge loss in each link as the data index,.And the targeted tacit knowledge sharing optimization strategies and suggestions will be put forward.This paper is divided into six parts.First of all,the study significance and background of this paper are introduced in detail,the related concepts of tacit knowledge sharing in different subject areas are summarized,and the problems of knowledge loss in the sharing link are discussed.Secondly,the core concepts about tacit knowledge and the knowledge sharing of police intelligence officers are put forward in the paper,then the problems about tacit knowledge loss are illustrated which exists in the knowledge sharing process.Thirdly,the four kinds of knowledge loss are defined in the process of tacit knowledge sharing among police intelligence officers,and the main causes of the knowledge loss is analyzed.The fourth part explains the design idea of quantification index of risk assessment of tacit knowledge loss of police intelligence officers,and records the detailed process of field collection index and screening index.In the fifth part,YAAHP software is used to analyzeand evaluate the risk of tacit knowledge loss of police intelligence officers.In the sixth part,the optimization strategies for the risk of tacit knowledge loss of police intelligence officers are proposed on the feasibility of actual combat,based on the analysis of the results of risk assessment,and aiming at the prominent problems in each link.
