Each company always live in highly competent environment. In order to survive in competence, company must grasp what has happened in environment and adjust to adapt it. Furthermore ,company should consider how to do business with the knowledge economy coming. In knowledge economy,it is necessary for company to learn more knowledge. Company should put more energy on knowledge sharing management. The topic of this paper is knowledge sharing which we find an uncultured research field after having a survey on overseas and domestic study fruits. Research on explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge is still a virgin soil.The traditional opinion argues that incentive mechanism is the only way to drive knowledge flow inside the company, but in this paper, which is not enough for knowledge sharing research because of the special character of knowledge. In the paper, knowledge sharing is researched. After incentive mechanism being considered, the special character of knowledge is put much emphasis on in the study.Firstly, overseas and domestic study products are summarized. the significance of knowledge sharing inside a company is analyzed. Knowledge is classified and implicit knowledge is paid more attention to. The relation between knowledge/knowledge sharing and chore competence is studied. The existing models of knowledge sharing are listed. Then, from the angel of incentive mechanism, the knowledge sharing inside company is studied by cost/gains analysis and game theory. From the angle of the special character of knowledge, explicit tactics and implicit tactics are put forward. Explicit tactics is about knowledge base building, while implicit tactics is about individual learning and organization learning. At the end of the paper, the knowledge sharing in consulting companies and hospitals is researched.Companies should manage its internal knowledge sharing to survive in competence.
