| In the environment of knowledge economy,the key resources of economic development are gradually transformed from real capital to knowledge.Knowledge has become the core competitiveness of individuals and enterprises,and the main source of wealth growth.The law firm is a typical knowledge intensive organization,each lawyer has a wealth of knowledge resources,but these knowledge are like icebergs,only a small amount of explicit knowledge is revealed,the rest are in the form of tacit knowledge mastered by individual lawyers.In China,the development of lawyers and law firms is relatively late,most of them are less than 10.With the rapid development of China’s market economy,group litigation,group business,M & A financing,listing and other complex legal services have led to the birth of a larger scale,division of labor and cooperation of corporate law firms,which has greatly improved the quality and efficiency of legal services.The inherent problems of the lawyer industry,such as high turnover rate and long lawyer training cycle,have a significant impact on the corporate law firm.The high turnover rate of lawyers leads to the loss of tacit knowledge and the lack of management measures for tacit knowledge sharing,which leads to the fact that tacit knowledge always stays at the individual level and fails to form tacit knowledge at the enterprise level.Most of the knowledge that a qualified lawyer needs to master is tacit knowledge,such as how to make litigation strategy.The low efficiency of tacit knowledge sharing means that lawyer training cycle is long.ZK law firm is a company law firm.In recent years,it is faced with the problem of service quality decline.Through the analysis of the lawyer turnover data of ZK law firm in recent years,it is concluded that the decline of service quality is related to the loss of tacit knowledge caused by the departure of senior lawyers.After summarizing the current situation of ZK lawyer affairs knowledge management,especially tacit knowledge sharing management,it is found that the management method is relatively simple,and it is difficult to effectively transform personal tacit knowledge into enterprise tacit knowledge.Based on the theory of tacit knowledge sharing,this paper studies the problems in the tacit knowledge sharing management of ZK law firm by means of questionnaire survey,and finds out the problems in the tacit knowledge sharing management of ZK law firm and the causes of the problems.In view of the problems existing in the current situation of tacit knowledge sharing management of ZK law firm,this paper puts forward corresponding solutions,and provides constructive suggestions for the missing areas,so as to improve the tacit knowledge sharing management ability of ZK law firm. |
