The openness and equality of Internet technology provide conditions for the expansion of crime,and also provide a natural cover for crime.Advances in technology have prompted continuous updating of criminal methods,and the scale of crime has gradually expanded.Internet theft cases,online fraud cases,online gambling cases,online drug trafficking cases,and other crime types are optimized and upgraded with the help of the concealment,rapidity,and virtuality of the Internet to enhance crime efficiency.Internet drug trafficking cases are typical of Internet crimes.According to the White Paper on Anti-drug Work of the People's Court(2012-2017),the proportion of drug crime cases in all criminal cases increased from 7.73% in2012 to 10.54 in 2016 %,The growth rate is 4.12 times the overall increase in all criminal cases,and most of these cases have the characteristics of using the network as a carrier of their behavior.The 2018 "China Drug Situation Report" pointed out that the use of "Internet +logistics" has become the main method of drug distribution and trafficking,and online drug trafficking cases have shown a large-scale situation,causing great harm to social development.But even so,the current cases of online drug trafficking are still in the initial development stage,and the criminal energy and density have not reached the peak.With the continuous development and popularization of Internet technology,online drug trafficking will inevitably occupy a larger volume in future drug trafficking cases.In order to cope with the situation of online drug trafficking,public security organs have launched a series of "drug-related net" operations to effectively combat online drug-related phenomena.However,in the investigation and crackdown of online drug trafficking cases,the investigation agencies are faced with difficulties such as high difficulty in combat,poor crackdown effects,long investigation work cycle,and large number of cases.The reason is that in the game confrontation between the criminals and the investigative agencies,as the confrontation experience is constantly enriched,the criminal methods are continuously upgraded,and gradually find a means to suppress the investigation and strike,the criminal's anti-investigation behavior can be implemented to a certain extent.Respond to the crackdown on investigations and eliminate the investigation effectiveness of investigation agencies.This article takes the anti-investigation behaviors in online drug trafficking cases as an entry point and a foothold,analyzes the investigation and crackdown of online drug trafficking cases,and proposes solutions according to the problems currently facing to promote the improvement of the efficiency of investigation and crackdown.This article is divided into four parts: The first part mainly summarizes the research background,research significance,and research methods,and leads to the specific problems and research objects of this paper.The second part mainly summarizes the anti-investigationbehaviors of online drug trafficking cases,including the overview of anti-investigation behaviors,the definition of the concept of anti-investigation behaviors of online drug trafficking cases,and the formation of anti-investigation behaviors of online drug trafficking cases.The third part is to use the case study method to collect online drug trafficking cases through online channels,paper channels,and field investigations,summarize the specific methods of classifying the current anti-investigation behaviors of online drug trafficking cases,and summarize the current characteristics of anti-investigation behaviors of online drug trafficking cases.Analyze the difficulties of investigation caused by anti-investigation.The fourth part focuses on the countermeasures of anti-investigation behaviors in online drug trafficking cases,and proposes countermeasures from three aspects: strengthening the identification method of anti-investigation behaviors,improving the anti-investigation game ability of the investigative methods,and perfecting the investigation work mechanism.
