On Property Crime Of Regional Gangs Investigation

In recent years,the rate of property crime remains high,although they are always the focus of the investigation and public security organs.At the same time,with the development of social informatization and China's urbanization,the traditional type of property crime,theft and fraud,are changing to higher organized and obvious original.The members in criminal gangs of regional combine tightly,there are typical criminal methods,the criminals conduct crime in different cities and towns,and they did much anti-investigation actions.These crime bring many difficulties and challenges to investigation,such as collection of intelligence,investigation interview and interrogation,collection of evidence,seize of criminals and proceeds of crime.Nowadays,the property crime of regional gangs has become an urgent social problem in coastal areas,large and medium-sized cities.Therefore,it is of great importance to carry out research on the property crime of regional gangs.Based on the analysis of the concept,causes and characteristics of the property crime of regional gangs,this dissertation summarizes the difficulties in the property crime of regional gangs investigation,puts forward some countermeasures against the property crime of regional gangs.The dissertation is divided into five parts:The first part: overview of property crime of regional gangs.This paper defines the concept of the regional criminal gangs and the concept of the property crime of regional gangs,analyzes the causes of these kinds of crime.The second part: the characteristics of the property crime of regional gangs.The dissertation holds that the members in criminal gangs of regional combine tightly,there are typical criminal methods,the criminals conduct crime in different cities and towns,and they did much antiinvestigation actions.The third part: the difficulties in the property crime of regional gangs investigation.The difficulties lie in crime scene investigation,seizing the proceeds of crime,investigation cooperation between public security organs,catching all of the criminals.The fourth part: on the basis of the above three parts,here the author puts forward five countermeasures against these kinds of crime.The countermeasures comprise collection and analysis of the intelligence,crime scene investigation,cases linkage,investigative fields and industries control,and investigative interrogation.The fifth part: the investigative mechanisms of the property crime of regional gangs.They are include mechanism of synthetic combating,mechanism of rapid response,mechanism of special working.
