Innovative Research On Rural Public Security Infrastructure Construction From The Perspective Of "Fengqiao Experience"

In practice,the security infrastructure in rural areas lags behind,which is a weak link in China's public security prevention and control system.For a long period of time,the rural police station alone was responsible for the security work and infrastructure work in the jurisdiction.As a force that maintains social stability and guarantees the safety of the people,the public security organs cannot shoulder this heavy responsibility.However,with the continuous development and transformation of society,rural police stations have become weak due to factors such as insufficient police power,unclear functions and outdated mechanisms.From the perspective of "Fengqiao Experience",innovating and optimizing the security infrastructure construction path of rural police stations is of great significance for maintaining the local security order and the construction of security prevention and control system.At present,the Ministry of Public Security is launching activities to create the " Police Station of Fengqiao Style" throughout the country,with the purpose of allowing the "Fengqiao Experience" to bear fruit across the country and realize the leap from "small public security" to "great peace".This article first puts forward the concept of rural public security infrastructure construction,and clarifies its connotation and content.Secondly,it summarizes and analyzes the core content and characteristics of the "Fengqiao Experience".By comparing the actual differences between Mencun Town and Fengqiao Town,it analyzes the practical feasibility of promoting the "Fengqiao Experience".Then,from the theoretical dimensions of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,and collaborative governance,the "Fengqiao Experience" was introduced into the public security infrastructure.Finally,taking the concept of "Fengqiao Experience" as an entry point and taking Mencun Police Station,a typical rural police station as a sample,to innovate and optimize the security foundation of Mencun Police Station in view of the shortcomings in the current public security infrastructure of Mencun Police Station a series of paths of construction.
