Investigation And Research On The Situation Of Police Station Enriched By Riot Police Of Jinniu District Public Security Bureau

In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and society,the social security situation has become more and more complex,and various social contradictions have become prominent.In addition,the people’s expectations and requirements for social security management and fairness and justice are also higher and higher.The problem of insufficient police force in grass-roots police stations is common in the trend of social development,which is what the new situation and new requirements have to face.At the same time,due to the administrative establishment,it is impossible to supplement the effective police force in a short time.In order to live up to the sacred mission entrusted by the party and the people to maintain the long-term stability of the country,and to achieve no growth and improvement of the police force,optimizing the allocation of police force resources is an important way for the public security organs to enhance the combat effectiveness of the team,and is also an inevitable requirement for the modernization and scientization of the police operation mechanism.Constantly tapping the potential of the existing police force has become a breakthrough for us to solve the problem of insufficient police force.This paper reviews the organizational reform of public security organs,the scientific allocation and use of police resources,the optimal allocation of police forces,and the performance evaluation of grass-roots police.This paper reviews the development process of police resource allocation in China from a historical point of view,and compares and analyzes the relevant theories of foreign police management and the situation of police resource allocation,so as to form the first impression of the current police resource allocation at home and abroad,and lay a good foundation for the following work.I have been engaged in basic police station work,well aware of the difficulties of police station work,so choose this topic for research.On the premise that it is impossible to increase the number of police force on a large scale,this paper combines with the process and process of the policy that the patrol brigade of Jinniu District Public Security Bureau of Chengdu city tries to enrich the police station.Through the way of visiting,discussing and questionnaire survey to 18 police stations in the whole district,this paper explores the implementation of the policy by investigating the police force of the patrol and defense brigade of Jinniu District Public Security Branch,and finds out the practical problems and shortcomings.In order to reduce the work pressure and psychological burden of the basic police station,we can better improve the work efficiency in the police reform.Through investigation and research and collecting theoretical knowledge at home and abroad,this paper tentatively puts forward some suggestions,such as changing the concept,improving the policy content,improving the quality of personnel,and improving the supporting measures,and puts forward some prospects for the operation of the basic police force and the police mechanism in the future.It is hoped that this paper can also provide reference for the public security reform of other cities and districts.
