The New Exploration And Elucidation Of Marxist State Theory

State thought is the main content of Marxist political science,and the nature of the state and national power,property,structure and function theory are fundamental problems of it.For Marxist,studying basic principle of Marxist state thought has important academic and practical value.State thought occupies an important position in Marxist politics system both in theory and actual situation of social development.Marx put forward a way of analyzing superstructure and power,which is historical materialism method on the basis of the critique of political economy.From the critique of political economy and historical materialism,state is not “free” or completely independent existence as Hegel said.It belongs to the category of political law system of superstructure,it depends on the economic basis and the relationship between the production system.But it plays a decisive effect on the process of economic and social under certain conditions.To accurate analysis the effect of state and power,we should rethink the productivity and production relations,economic basis and superstructure this basic contradiction of social formation.We should combine the analysis of the basic contradiction method with reproduction method.If production is only the use and cost of production factors,reproduction is by the periodic replacement and put in production conditions,to ensure the continuity of production(that is,the surplus value and capital)and long-term process.How to deep analyze the relationships of productivity and production,the foundation and superstructure contradiction ? French famous Marxist theorist Althusser put forward a method that deep analysis to interpret the basic concept of state including the nature of power,national nature,structure,internal operation mechanism and basis on the base of productivity and production relations,especially comprehensive interpret the function of the state.Reproduction includes reproduction mode of production and social reproduction and capital accumulation.Among them,the reproduction productivity and relations of production reproduction constitutes the mode of production.Social reproduction is the production process,social actors including the interactions between individuals,groups and behavior.Reproduction of capital accumulation is a combination of all the way to reproduction and capital accumulation,it refers to all restricted by the basic rules of accumulation of capital dominated society expanded reproduction or how economic growth process continuity,sustainability,cyclical factors and lasting mechanism.From reproduction theory and method,the paper analyzed the state theory from five aspects and puts forward the following basic ideas:State as a kind of public power,is the fountain of all forms of power phenomenon.State is a complex social relations include machine of the system,is the economic and political ruling class,political ruling class and the bureaucratic management class and ruling class internal power group,the rule of the complex interaction between machine system.State do not simply consists of regime organization or state machine,and also including the ideological state apparatus.State is a social public administration system with fiscal and tax as running material economic foundation.The nature of state is unity within but not opposing split.State and reproduction——the relationship between state and reproduction mode of production and social reproduction and capital accumulation epitomize each function of state.And the class nature of the national and social public is unified in the state of all kinds of reproduction function.
