Military metrology is an important technical basis for determining whether the technical indicators of weapons and equipment are credible and accurate,and military metrology technology plays an extremely important role in the life-span support of weapons and equipment.In recent years,Chinese military equipment has developed rapidly,but the development of military metrological support technology has been relatively slow.Many weapons and equipment lack dedicated metrological calibration methods and metrological calibration devices,such as calibration mirror and antenna simulator in the air force ordnance system.In addition,the mechanical and electronic parameters of some military equipment components are still measured by backward manual measurement and manual reporting methods,the degree of measurement automation is low,and a lot of manpower and material resources are wasted.Aiming at the above problems,this paper designs a special metrology system to complete the metrology support work,which can fill the gaps in Chinese military metrology field and promote the development of military metrology.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:(1)This paper constructs the overall design scheme of multi-parameter metrology system for military equipment.Aiming at the three types of parameters,such as the image signal of the calibration mirror,the vector signal output by the antenna simulator and the basic technical indicators of the military equipment,this paper designs the research scheme of the metrology method,the construction scheme of the hardware platform and the development scheme of the software system,which lays the foundation for the subsequent research and development of specific metrology system(2)In this paper,the hardware platform of the calibration mirror metrology system is built to carry different types of calibration mirrors;the optical system is designed based on the focusing collimator to achieve the acquisition of the image signal of the calibration mirror;the algorithm of automatic interpretation and metrology of the calibration mirror is studied to realize the automatic processing of the target image of the calibration mirror and the interpretation of the metrology result.Based on the LabVIEW platform,the metrology software of calibration mirror is developed to realize the functions of image acquisition,image processing and display.The system test process shows the target image acquisition,image processing process and results,and completes the metrology of the calibration mirror.(3)This paper constructs the design scheme of vector signal metrology system of antenna simulator,analyzes the signal technical indicators,and selects the NI board as the hardware platform of data acquisition.Aiming at the high frequency AM vector signal output by the antenna simulator,the mathematical model is established;the digital demodulation method is used to demodulate the vector signal,and the azimuth information is obtained.This paper uses the digital demodulation method to demodulate the vector signal and obtain the azimuth information.Through the development of metrology software,functions such as vector signal acquisition,signal demodulation,and azimuth information display are realized.In the system test,the metrology system test platform is built to complete the metrology work of the antenna simulator.(4)This paper develops basic technical indicator metrology system of military equipment,including the mechanical parameter metrology subsystem,the physical parameter metrology subsystem,and the data management and storage subsystem.By replacing the traditional measuring tool,the mechanical parameter metrology subsystem adopts the digital display measuring tool as the acquisition tool,and the automatic metrology software is designed to realize functions such as automatic data collection,data processing,data display,and generation of metrology reports.The physical parameter metrology subsystem adopts the method of mobile cabinet,which carries a large number of sensors for measurement.The metrology software is designed to realize the functions of data processing,data display and generation of metrology reports.The data management and storage subsystem builds a database based on MySQL platform to realize the storage and query functions of basic technical index data.In this paper,by studying the method of metrology calibration,building the device of metrology calibration and developing the software of metrology calibration,the work of metrology calibration for the image signal of the calibration target mirror and the vector signal output by the antenna simulator is realized.At the same time,the automatic measurement of basic technical indicators of equipment in military factory is completed.The test results show that the multi parameter metrology system of military equipment designed in this paper has successfully completed the metrology task,promoted the development of military metrology,and solved the problem of lack of dedicated metrology calibration methods and metrology calibration devices for some weapons and equipment.And this paper lays the foundation for the development of big data and cloud computing of military metrology.
