Under the current policy of Shenyang Aircraft D&R Institute, the Measurement&Calication center will be divided off. How to survive the competitiveness and develop is the most important and urgent question the M&C center must face up to.Firstly, simply introduce the measurement industry , the M&C center's situation and development trends and the relationship between them now and late, then the question appears.Secondly , do SWOT analysis so as to understand the situations around the M&C center. By means of the analysis to the external environment , including the needs analysis and supply analysis of the marketplace the competitor analysis in the same industry and the analysis of latent entering corporate, clear-cut opportunities and threats; Analyse the internal environment soon afterwards, including the inside operation state(Marketing state Human resource Financial affairs Technique&Equipment) and the current managing level, in order to know its strengths and weaknessesAfterwards , on the basis of SWOT analysis along with its vision mission and strategy target , thinking of some kinds of basic competitive strategic theories, make out several competitive strategic programme, at last , decide on the centralization strategy as its development strategyFinally , work out the strategy implementation programme Make the strategyplan , establish the necessary safeguarding means-developping corporate cultureand human resource , changing the organization structure and getting better the supporting system, to make sure the strategy obtains effective implementationBy means of earnest research , you should believe in , if taking strong and effective step, while maintaining the necessary elasticity in order to deal with the particular situation that probably appear, It is feasible that the M&C center steps into the market and operates independently.
