| This paper focuses on how our Metiology industry may adapt to the demands of market economic, development of trading and technic. Reviewing our history of Metrology and contrasting with developed countries and our nation on technology of Metrology, calibration service and management system, the author summarizes the economic characters of Metrology industry and points out the urgent problems. As the base of economic and technology, the problems of Metrology industry would be resolved after such problems as law, government policy and regimen being resolved. Accordingly the author submits several pincipled policies.
