Study On The Path Of Rural Environmental Governance From The Perspective Of Social Work

In order to better carry out the work of rural environmental governance,build a beautiful countryside and develop ecological civilization,social work should actively participate in and play an important role.Taking s village of Jingde County as an example,this paper uses literature research,interview and observation to explore the strategies of rural environmental governance from the perspective of social work,and puts forward improvement suggestions according to the actual situation,so as to accumulate experience for the development of rural environmental governance social work.The main contents are as follows:After a series of environmental improvement,the quality of river water in village s has been improved.At present,the infrastructure in the village is basically complete,and the overall living environment of the villagers has been improved.However,problems such as low participation of villagers,weak awareness of environmental protection,lack of capital for infrastructure construction and difficulty in raising funds for environmental maintenance in the later stage,lack of participation of other social forces only relying on government forces,and imperfect environmental related policies and systems seriously restrict the development of environmental governance.In the investigation of local social work institutions,the author found that the internal system of local social work institutions is not perfect,the degree of specialization of social work within institutions is not high,the service scope is too narrow and the public recognition is not high.These problems restrict the smooth development of local environmental governance.Therefore,from the perspective of social work,from the advantages of social work,the author proposes that social work should be involved in rural environmental governance,and puts forward relevant suggestions.The suggestions are mainly divided into two aspects.The first is to suggest that local social work should be developed,that is,to improve the institutional system,focus on the professional development of social work,expand the scope of institutional services,and increase the publicity of social work On the other hand,in view of the problems encountered in the current environmental governance process of s village,it is suggested that social work be involved and relevant countermeasures be put forward,which are mainly to make use of the advantages of social work,to clarify the role of social workers and to explore the suggestions for social work to be involved in rural environmental governance;to highlight the main role of villagers in environmental governance and to continuously improve the participation of environmental governance In the process of publicity,the environmental protection knowledge of the villagers is constantly strengthened,the environmental protection awareness of the villagers is constantly improved in daily life,the diversified governance mode is introduced,the social forces are attracted to participate in the environmental governance,the local resources and external resources are mined,and the scientific and legal governance of the rural environment is advocated.
