Research On The Path Of Social Work Intervention In Governance Of "Village-to-Residence" Community

With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the dual structure of urban and rural areas has become prominent.After "removing villages and building community ",the "village-to-residence" community has emerged.It is a kind of special community form between rural and urban community.It has the characteristics and commonness of both rural and urban community.Its community members are transformed from local farmers' identity,but the organization form adopts the urban community management mode.Such a community change has resulted in many unique problems of community governance,which also provides a new practice field for social work.In recent years,social work,as a professional force,has played a role of "service-oriented governance" in the practice of community governance.In view of this,it is of great significance for the innovation of community governance in China to explore the path framework of social work involved in community governance.This paper takes the street D social work program of Guangzhou as the research object,using field research and literature research methods,under the guidance of multi-center governance theory,points out that social work is one of the centers and it can also become the driving force of multi-center linkage.The starting point of governance is to work in four aspects of governance mechanism,governance subject,governance platform and public service supply,to deeply analyze the practical experience of street D social work program,to run the multi-center governance linkage mechanism through the community social organization cultivation,public issues intervention and professional service provision,and to evaluate its effects.In order to promote the practical development of social work for "village-to-residence" community governance,this paper summarizes the path framework for social workers.It is found that the path of social work involving in the governance of community can include: participating in the community governance system,promoting multi-center linkage;cultivating the governance subjects of community social organizations,promoting the development of community public welfare;cooperating in public issues,building community governance platforms;accurately providing professional service support,playing the service-oriented governance function.
