Research On The Development And Evolution Of Network Terrorism And Its Countermeasures

Cyberterrorism is essentially another form of terrorism,but it has more negative effects than traditional terrorism in the past,has a wider scope of harm and is more difficult to combat prevention.How to effectively combat the prevention and control of cyberterrorism has become the main problem facing the global counter-terrorism.At present,our country is in the period of high-speed development of information technology,information technology is closely related to various fields of our country,such as military,economic,transportation,etc.,and the infiltration of terrorist separatists from abroad into the territory is also increasing.The security and stability of cyberspace is directly related to the stability of the overall situation of national security.It is very necessary to formulate scientific and effective countermeasures against cyberterrorism.In order to make a comprehensive study and summarize the development process and trend of cyber-terrorism and provide scientific suggestions for the improvement of our country's cyber-terrorism work,the main contents of this paper can be summarized as follows: first,to collect the cases of cyber-terrorism activities that have been recorded in China and abroad,to make a comparative analysis from both vertical and horizontal aspects,to explore the trend of the development of cyber-terrorism activities,and to predict their new trends;second,to analyze the international community's experience and practices in combating cyber-terrorism activities in combination with specific examples;and third,to put forward countermeasures and suggestions on China's cyber-terrorism work.The theoretical basis of this paper is constructed by the method of literature research,which mainly includes the definition,background,characteristics,harm,classification and analysis of the stage of development of cyberterrorism activities.On this basis,this study is based on 200 real-life cyber-terrorist cases obtained from authoritative literature and websites,and then carries out statistical analysis from the aspects of time distribution,subject type,manifestation and the terrorist organizations involved behind it,in order to ensure that the evolution of cyber-terror can be summarized through real events and its possible future new trends can be reasonably predicted.On the basis of the specific situation of terrorist activities facing our country,this paper puts forward the strategy of strengthening our country's fight against cyberterrorism,and effectively maintains the security and stability of the national cyberspace.
