Research On Current Situation And Improvement Strategy Of Anti–Cyber Terrorism In China

As the development of network technology,a new and more destructive cyber-terrorism which is different from traditional terrorism is quietly arising.It uses the Internet to integrate international,regional and country-wide terrorist activities into a new form of terrorist activity that transcends geographical restrictions.Cyber-terrorism has greater influence and destructive power,bringing new and serious challenges to the international community.The situation of international anti-terrorist struggle has developed rapidly,showing more diversified organizational structure,more diversified target of attack,more violent behavior,more frequent linkage and so on.Terrorists use the Internet's hidden,popular and other characteristics,stealth in the Internet,the network opened for the implementation of the "second battlefield." The Internet has also become China's terrorist organization planning,incitement to the implementation of terrorist activities,an important means and channels."East Turkistan" as the representative of the terrorist forces make the network as an important platform for the implementation of terrorist activities,published a large number of violent video.It become an important incentive for terrorist attacks in China,especially in Xinjiang,which has great harm.Therefore,in the face of the increasingly serious network of anti-terrorism situation,how to deal with the threat of cyber terrorism,strengthen the Internet anti-terrorism,has gradually become a new topic which a country must face.This paper starts from the scientific connotation of cybercrime,distinguishes all kinds of cyber terrorist activities,analyzes the present situation,characteristics,measures and shortcomings of the current network terrorist activities in China,and draws lessons from the western countries' anti-terrorism operation measures,combined with China's actual national conditions,In the improvement of legislation,strengthen international cooperation,improve network technology,the introduction of comprehensive management and other aspects of China's Internet to further strengthen the specific measures to combat terrorism.
