Research On Causes Of Police Law Enforcement Security Based On 24Model

In this article,the issue of police law enforcement security refers to the casualties caused by police in the process of law enforcement security.It includes three aspects: the masses on the scene,the police themselves,and suspects of crimes.From the perspective of loss of personnel(injury and death),the law enforcement security problem of the police is a special type of accident,which can be called law enforcement security incident.This study comparinged and analyzinged five representative theoretical models for causation analysis of accidents,and24 Model was selected as the theoretical tool for this research.The feasibility of analyzing police law enforcement security issues was demonstrated from three aspects: the complexity of the factors affecting police law enforcement security,the 24 Model systemaicity,and the generality of accidents.Under the 24 Model theoretical framework,the analysis of police law enforcement security causes is performed in direct,indirect,root,root and external causes.The causal factors are numbered,the action paths between the factors are drawn,the cause network of police law enforcement accidents is formed,and a comprehensive analysis of the causes of police law enforcement safety is realized.Based on a comprehensive analysis of police law enforcement security causes,in order to identify the key factors that cause police law enforcement security accidents,and then carry out targeted prevention work,it is necessary to conduct an assessment of the importance of police law enforcement security causes.Through the assumption and construction of a complex network model for the cause network of police law enforcement accidents,and calculation and analysis of network node degree,node strength,node intermediary,and node closeness,etc.,the importance assessment of police law enforcement safety causes is realized.The end of the article takes 8.23 Filipino hostage incidents as an example to conduct an application study.It comprehensively sorts out the reasons for the failure of the Philippine police in law enforcement.It identifies the key factor as "lack of targeted disposal plans and professional law enforcement teams." The introduction of 24 Model into the field of police law enforcement security provides a new perspective for the study of police law enforcement security issues.Based on this,the assessment of the importance of accident causes is also of great practical significance for the public security organs to scientifically summarize law enforcement experiences and lessons.
