With the rise of the network society, as the mapping of the social public opinion on the Internet, network public opinion has gradually become a kind of frequent social phenomenon that can not be ignored.Through the aggregation of public opinion, network public opinion can form a strong social force, and have a profound impact on society. In this context, it has important and practical significance to study the law of the occurrence and development of network public opinion and systematically analyze the dynamic process of the evolution of network public opinion. Based on combing the relevant researche s home and abroad, in the integrated use of research methods such as complex network analysis and simulation game, this paper constructs the evolution model of network by reasonably abstracting network user behavior characteristics and the network relations in the process of network public opinion evolution, and has a deep study on the network dynamic evolution mechanism from the new research perspectives of the government, the media, internet users and network relations in the dynamic interaction process. The specific research work is mainly carried out from the following aspects and draws the conclusion:First, according to the modeling paradigm of opinion dynamics, the research framework of network public opinion dynamic evolution mechanism based on complex is proposed through the in-depth analysis of two aspects of the complex network relevant theories and network public opinion evolution process. The modeling technology of complex network, through the construction of heterogeneous micro individuals, brings about the self-evolution and interaction of micro individuals and the aggregation effect of macro level. The small world network model principle used in the research on network public opinion diffusion model can better reflect communication rules and characteristics of the network public opinion in real life and make public opinion on the Internet diffusion model based on small world network have more authenticity and reliability. Combined with the dissemination characteristics of the network public opin ion, the main characteristics, influencing factors and evolution path, the research framework of public opinion dynamic evolution influencing mechanism based on complex network is formed. This part lays the theoretical foundation for the construction of the dynamic evolution model of network public opinion.Secondly, SNO network public opinion dynamic evolution model is constructed based on complex network through in-depth analysis of two factors ofnetwork Agent behavior characteristics and complex network structure model based on modeling methods of complex social network theory and opinion dynamics model. Selecting Sina Weibo users of high social influence and the data availabilit y as the research subject, a web application is designed and launched throug h the Sina API interface, inviting microblog ordinary users to participate in filling out the motivation for choosing their own microblog forwarding, obtaining subjective information from microblog users forwarding this article of Weibo, analyzing data by principal component analysis method in econometrics and tapping participant behavior characteristics in the network public opinion dynamic evolution process to lay foundation for Agent behavior traits of network public opinion dynamic evolution model. To compare and analyze the scale-free network model and the small world network model widely used currently, NW small world network model that has incomparable advantages over BA standard network and WS small world network avoids the emergence of isolated network using randomization bordered to establish the connection between nodes. From the point of view of network user behavior and network public opinion dissemination polymerization characteristics. Therefore, this paper chooses the NW small world network model as the model structure of complex networks. According to the modeling method of W-D model evolution,improved interaction rules of Agent behavior are proposed; according to the SIR model paradigm of virus transmission, SNO network public opinion dynamic evolution model is constructed based on complex networks, and the heuristic optimization algorithm is designed to accelerate convergence of dynamic evolution influence model.Thirdly, based on the methods of evolution game and dynamic simulation analysis, the influence mechanism of network members in complex network on the dynamic evolution of network public opinion is studied. Network members involved in the evolution of network public opinion include the government, the media and the public. In the evolution of public opinion, the relationship among the three is mutual contact, mutual restraint, interaction. Through the analysis of the main game relations in the evolution of the network public opinion, the dynamic game mechanism is designed among the government, the media and the public in network public opinion evolution; the dynamic game model of three parties is established to derive optimal solution, giving stability strategy in different situations of each participant; the progressive trend of different strategies combination is analyzed by three-dimensional graph and dynamic simulation analysis of behavior change in the government, the media and the public is carried on in the case of "the Songhua River water pollution incident”. Simulation results argue that the sooner government releases information, the better effects it has to deal with public crisis; the greater efforts to guide by the government, the greater impact on the network media and the public, and supervision power only has larger impact on the network media, and the fewer influence to the public; network media attitude can influence public attitudes; in each scheme, the management effect of early release, high guidance and strong supervision power is better than that of other schemes.Fourthly, based on the complex network theory and simulation analysis, the influence mechanism of complex network network relationship is studied on the dynamic evolution of network public opinion. According to the behavior characteristics of multi-agent, the research hypothesis is put forward; the Agent attribute of the government, the media and the public is modified and the environmental Agent attribute is supplemented. Through case study, several deductions of network relations change are obtained. In view of the government, the media, the public’s behavior decision-making, dynamic interaction influence exists and according to the attribute change, the main body interaction rule has been adjusted. Using Netlogo software, behavior and the network public o pinion dynamic evolution process of the government, the media and the public in the Weng’an inciden is simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the influence of the network relations change among the government, the media and the public on the dynamic evolution of network public opinion can be measured by changing the relationship strength between the network main body. If the government has larger influence weight, the vast majority of the public and network media will maintain a consistent attitude with the government; once the influence weight of the public, the media, government is close, the attitude of the public, the media in public opinion evolution is prone to volatility; if the government’s credibility is low, resulting in little effect to the weight of the government, the public and the media may appear the differentiation trend,influencing the intervention effect of government on public opinion; even in weaker government influence weight, such as increasing the supervision, early intervention and releasing a positive signal to the media or the public, will have a positive impact on the network public opinion evolution.Finally, it studies the game relationship among government, the media and internet users in Harbin "fish with extortionate price" event by case analysis method. Combines with the four stages of the dynamic evolution of network public opinion, the influence mechanism of strategy choice of network relationship on the dynamic evolution of network public opinion is studied and further optimal path is proposed.The research of this paper is to explore the dynamic evolution influencing mechanism of the complex network public opinion, to tap the law of network users’ behavior, and to provide reference for the correct intervent ion and guidance of public opinion.
