Research On The Influence Of Social Support On The Professional Identity Of Police

Public security police is an important force to maintain social stability.The professional identity of public security police is related to the construction of public security team and the long-term peace and stability of the country.Therefore,the research on the influencing factors of the professional identity of police has drawn wide attention in the academic circles.In this paper,the influence of social support on the professional identity of police officers is studied by using the theories of social psychology and other disciplines.Research purpose is to know the social support of the security forces and the level of professional identity,and social support has influence on whether the police professional identity and what effect,and put forward according to the results of the theory and the empirical study through social support ascension the countermeasures of police professional identity,makes every effort to find a affect the new path of police professional identity.This paper mainly on the theory of social psychology,and other areas of the discipline,the main research issues are social support for the role of police professional identity.Paper is mainly used in the writing of the literature research and questionnaire investigation method,after account of social support and the basic theory of police professional identity,the first through the questionnaire of the public security police status of social support and professional identity did understand roughly and further put forward by social support affect the problem of police professional identity.Then,the paper theoretically analyzes the mechanism of social support affecting the professional identity of public security police,and draws a conclusion that social support plays an important role in the generation,strengthening and protection of the professional identity of public security police.In order to further support the above theoretical analysis,the empirical verification shows that social support has an important effect on the professional identity of police.Therefore,attaching importance to the value of social support,paying attention to the role of social support and making use of social support in many aspects will be conducive to the further stability and development of the professional identity of public security police.At the same time,in order to make the police better use of social support,the paper deeply analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the public security organs in seeking and using social support.Based on the above analysis,this paper holds that in practice,the objective and subjective support of public security police can be strengthened by the social support from the four aspects of organization,family,people and public opinion,so as to improve the ability to use the support,and thus have a positive impact on the professional identity of public security police.
