Research On Identification Of Drug Trafficking Risk In Express Delivery Industry

At present,the rapid development of China's express delivery industry,storage transport and distribution more efficient,although greatly facilitate public life,but also easy to become a breeding ground for crime.Drug trafficking,as a criminal activity that must be characterized by drug transmission,may use the security "gap" of the Courier industry to achieve criminal purposes.Drug crimes in recent years have also confirmed this: drug traffickers are well versed in the industry's characteristics and regulatory loopholes,using anonymous delivery,fine packaging,"ants move" and other methods of drug trafficking.While destroying the healthy development of the express delivery industry,it also increases the difficulty for the anti-drug work in our country.Therefore,how to effectively and accurately identify drug-related express delivery,prevention and control of drug-trafficking activities in the express delivery industry has become a realistic challenge faced by China's anti-drug work.In this paper,based on the realistic background of the express industry increasingly rampant drug trafficking,through the analysis of the plight of the express industry recognition of drug,tries to find out a not damage the interests of industry,and can achieve on drug-related express accurate recognition to solve path: request to cope with the current system of the express industry to identify the thinking of drugs to change,to express delivery of drug risk identification,this can be achieved by express delivery drug risk identification model was constructed to complete the transformation,so as to solve the express industry to drug-related express "unable to identify" and "effect" to identify the dual problem.This paper discusses from five aspects: the first chapter is the logical starting point of the research,proposes the problems to be discussed and solved in this paper,and elaborates the research significance,research status and research methods at home and abroad.The second chapter,combined with specific cases and relevant data,analyzes the current situation and characteristics of drug trafficking in China's express delivery industry;The third chapter,based on the actual situation of the express industry in China,focuses on the difficulties faced by the express industry in the process of drug identification.Based on the risk theory,the fourth chapter proposes the concept of transforming drug identification to drug trafficking risk identification.Combining with a large number of real cases,the paper analyzes the drug trafficking risk of the express delivery industry and lays a foundation for the following model construction.Fifth chapter mainly using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method built on the basis of accurate identification,focusing on effectively cope with and supported by the information system of the express industry drug risk identification model,the drug delivery industry risk is divided into "red,orange,yellow,blue" four grades,and online to choose the written judgment from China adrug trafficking case with the express delivery industry has carried on the inspection to the feasibility of the model and scientific.
