Research On Investigation Countermeasures Of False Terrorist Information Crime Cases

At present,the rapid development of network communication technology not only facilitates the public to send and obtain information in time,but also provides the breeding and flooding soil for the crime of false terrorist information.The crime of false terrorist information is an act of deliberately fabricating false terrorist information,or knowingly spreading false terrorist information,which seriously disturbs the social order.Although this type of criminal behavior does not lead to the actual consequences of terrorist acts,it will cause social panic,seriously disrupt public order and affect social stability.Based on literature research,case analysis,in-depth interview and other research methods,this paper summarizes the regular characteristics,overall development trend,causes of false terrorist information crime cases in recent years,and analyzes the problems and difficulties in the investigation process.On the basis of the above,some targeted investigation countermeasures are put forward.This paper is mainly divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.This part mainly focuses on the research background,research significance,research status,research methods and so on.The second part is an overview.This part mainly focuses on the related concepts of false terrorist information crime,judicial identification,crime status and harm,crime reasons and so on.The third part is the characteristics of the crime of false terrorist information.Based on the published cases in recent years,the crime of false terrorist information presents the following characteristics: single person crime;multiple choice of public places with dense personnel;the traditional way of crime is mainly "phone call",but gradually develops to "network";the content of false information is mainly explosion threat;the motive of crime is relatively complex;the cost of crime is low,but the consequences are serious.The fourth part is the difficulties and problems in the investigation of the crime of false terrorist information.In the process of investigation,the false terrorist information crime cases mainly face the difficulties of false information identification,on-the-spot disposal,evidence collection,interrogation and so on.At the same time,there are some problems in the investigation work,such as inaccurate case characterization,inadequate interview,not paying attention to the evidence collection of harmful results,dependence on confession,illegal interrogation and so on.The fifth part is the countermeasures for the investigation of false terrorist information crime cases.Based on the difficulties and problems existing in the investigation of false terrorist information crimes,the following targeted investigation countermeasures are put forward:timely and proper on-site disposal;comprehensive and objective investigation and collection of evidence;interrogation according to law and improve the ability of interrogation;strengthen the work of prevention and information prediction;improve the mechanism of coordinated handling of cases.
