With the continuous deepening of China's policy of reform and opening up and the acceleration of the process of world economic integration,especially the continuous deepening of China's exchanges in various fields in the world,the number of foreigners coming to China has also increased year by year.Although these personnel have contributed to the development of China's economy and society and promoted cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries,they have also brought many new unstable factors.Due to the three characteristics of foreigners entering the country,such as greater mobility,more types of entry,and a wider range of entry,illegal activities such as "engage in activities that are incompatible with the type of visa" and "foreigners suspected of illegal employment" will occur.In order to avoid the negative impact of these violations on the social security of our country,it is necessary to manage the foreigners in China.How to effectively and predictably manage it is the core of current research by researchers and related departments.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the “Belt and Road” idea in 2017,and announced at the International Cooperation Forum that the first China International Import Expo will be held in 2018.The conference will be held in Shanghai in November 2018.During this meeting,business personnel from more than 60 countries are expected to come to Shanghai.At that time,it is necessary to increase the analysis and management of overseas personnel,and to improve the trajectory analysis and early warning judgment of overseas personnel.This requires Shanghai to carry out comprehensive information management when it manages inbound foreigners.After in-depth research and analysis,this article investigates the intelligent dynamic control system for entry and exit.Then,based on fully clarifying the requirements and combining business requirements,the system model is constructed.On the basis of the above work,this paper makes a detailed design of the technical architecture.Because the system data comes from two channels,one is an external system and the other is a business system,this paper uses big data,microservices and other technologies and combines the production mode of front and back end to solve the platform data extraction problem.By associating multiple data relationships together,useful data can be better acquired and associations between different subject data domains can be established.In addition,based on the visualization tools,the system has been developed,and users can easily process and display data using the system visualization framework.Finally,this article has carried on the function,safety and performance test of the system to verify the stability and safety of the system.After the system has been developed,it has been officially put into operation.The data of the "one center,one platform" and "foreign-related data center" of the municipal bureau verified the computing power of the police cloud big data.The system provides dynamic customized analysis models to reduce the occurrence of foreigners' illegal behavior.In addition,the system can also promptly warn illegal aliens,and deal with and feedback.Due to the thorough analysis of the domain analysis,the function of the system can be closely integrated with the current business of dynamic control of entry and exit,and the purpose of fine management of the dynamic management of entry and exit is achieved.Through the use of this system,the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau Exit-Entry Administration has achieved good results in the analysis and management of overseas personnel,trajectory analysis of foreign personnel,and early warning research and judgment.
